Rhine Civic Partners was founded by former leaders of Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) and Model Group, two organizations central to the revitalization of Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Over the past two decades, our team has helped lead more than 230 development projects representing over $4 billion in investment.
Through that work, our team saw a recurring challenge: communities had compelling visions and valuable assets, but the strategy, capital, and implementation needed to deliver results were too often disconnected. Rhine was created to bridge that gap. We bring practical experience, trusted partnerships, and an execution-minded approach to turning plans into development projects.
